كل ناخب اهمل اسمه يمكنه ان يطلب قيده في مهلة شهر واحد من تاريخ نشر القوائم وعلى لجنة قيد الاسماء ان تبت بالطلب قبل 15 ايار بعد ان تكون استمعت الى صاحب العلاقة او وجهت اليه دعوة وتخلف عن الحضور.
