أقر مجلس النواب،

ويُنْشَرْ القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

1 - بصورة استثنائية وبالرغم من كل نص مخالف، تمدد ولاية الهيئتين الشرعية والتنفيذية في المجلس الإسلامي الشيعي الأعلى لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخه، وتملأ مراكز الأعضاء الشاغرة في الهيئتين الشرعية والتنفيذية قبل 18/6/2002 والتي شغرت بعد هذا التاريخ بقرار من رئيس المجلس أو من يقوم مقامه بعد موافقة الهيئة الحاصل فيها الشغور.

2 - تعليق ولمرة واحدة تنفيذ مفاعيل وأحكام المادة 12 من القانون رقم 72/67 المعدلة بموجب القرار رقم 16 تاريخ 1/4/1975 (المادة 12 الجديدة)، لجهة الحد الاقصى لسن رئيس المجلس الاسلامي الشيعي الأعلى.

3 - يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
