المادة 1

أعطيت الموافقة على إرام اتفاقية استصناع المرفقة ربطاً والموقعة بتاريخ 16/3/2016 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية ممثلة بمجلس الإنماء والإعمار والبنك الاسلامي للتنمية لتمويل مشروع تزويد جبل عامل بالماء الصالح للشرب.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
