اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق الخاص بالتعاون في مجال التعليم الفني والمهني والتقني بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية الموقع في دمشق بتاريخ 02/06/1996 والمرفق ربطا.
