مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية تشجيع وحماية الاستثمارات بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والجمهورية الايطالية الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 7/11/1997, والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
