مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق حول تجنب ازدواج التكليف الضريبي ومنع التهرب الضريبي فيما يتعلق بالضرائب على الدخل, والموقع بين الحكومتين السورية واللبنانية في دمشق بتاريخ 12/01/1997 المرفق ربطا.
