ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد بسام تويني

والمسجل تحت رقم 313 تاريخ 09/11/1996

(طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد بسام تويني، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية غير سياسية باللغة العربية، باسم: «نهار الكتب».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 2 كانون الأول 1996 وزير الإعلام باسم أحمد السبع
