بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 7 تشرين الاول سنة 1959 برقم 2272

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي الصادر بتاريخ 25 اذار سنة 1959 برقم 41 لا سيما المادة 11 منه

بناء على قرار ديوان المحاسبة تاريخ 8 شباط سنة 960 برقم 1890 المتعلق بالموافقة على مشروع النظام الداخلي ونظام مستخدمي مكتب الفاكهة اللبنانية في صيغته النهائية

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوازرة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: صدق النظام الداخلي ونظام المستخدمين العائد لمكتب الفاكهة اللبنانية المرفق بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
