المادة 1

مادة 1: تصنف المكاتب الجمركية من حيث صلاحيتها, على الوجه التالي:

مادة 2: تحدد صلاحية كل من هذه المكاتب وفقا لنص المادتين 26 و151 من قانون الجمارك وطبقا للتقييدات والاحكام الناتجة عن المواد 27 الى 37 من هذا القانون, لاجراء عمليات استيراد بضائع بغية طرحها في الاستهلاك ولعمليات تعود لبعض اوضاع منصوص عليها في البابين الثالث والرابع من القانون (المواد 150 الى 269), وذلك ضمن الشروط الواردة في الجداول المرفقة بهذا الامر الاداري

المادة 3

مادة 3: يلغى الامر الاداري رقم 154, تاريخ 8 حزيران 1939, وكل تعديل لاحق له

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا الامر الاداري في الجريدتين الرسميتين لسوريا ولبنان ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
