بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 09/09/1983

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الخبير السيد جهاد جرجس

الهاشم المتضمن شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء,

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى تاريخ

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل بالنيابة,

يقرر ما يأتي:
