المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: حددت تعريفة اجور نقل الركاب والبضائع بواسطة السيارات في اراضي الجمهورية اللبنانية في اللائحة الملحقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: على كل سائق سيارة عمومية ان يبقى في حوزته تعريفة النقل وان يكتب على زجاج سيارة الركاب العمومية العبارة "اطلب التعرفة من السائق" وذلك باللغات الثلاث " العربية والفرنسية والانكليزية".

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل مخالفة لنصوص هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في الانظمة المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 4

مادة 4: تلغى جميع النصوص المخالفة لهذا القرار او التي لا تتفق مع مضمونه.

المادة 5

مادة 5: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
