المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في قائمة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية العقار رقم 358 من منطقة بعبدا - قضاء بعبدا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي عمل لتغيير وضع العقار الحالي وطبيعته دون موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار المسبقة على الاعمال المنوى اجراؤها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 22 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار الآنف الذكر.
