ان وزير المالية بالوكالة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6847 تاريخ 9/6/1995 ,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 151 تاريخ 12/6/1959

(تنظيم رقابة الدولة على ادارة حصر التبغ والتنباك),

بناء على اقتراح ادارة الحصر بكتابها رقم 141 تاريخ

19/3/1996 ,

وبعد اخذ رأي مدير المالية العام باحالته تاريخ 26/3/1996

ورأي مفوض الحكومة لدى ادارة الحصر,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد سعر مبيع التنباك العجمي للعموم, بما فيه كل الرسوم وعمولة رئيس البيع والمرخص , وفق ما يأتي (ليرة لبنانية): لكيلو غرام واحد: 36.5 x سعر الدولار الرائج لنصف الكيلو غرام: 19 x سعر الدولار الرائج.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
