يصرح عن ايرادات رؤوس الاموال المنقولة (ضريبة الباب الثالث ) بموجب تصريح مستقل (النموذج رقم - 3 -) وتؤدى الضريبة عنها, وفقا للتعليمات الواردة فيه.
