بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي

بالنيابة رقم 29/ص تاريخ

وبناء على المادتين 23 و24 من

المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية عدلون ­ قضاء صيدا منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
