بناء على القرار رقم 422, تاريخ 30/06/1954, المسمى

"قانون الجمارك" وخاصة المادة 213/تساعا منه,

بناء على قراره رقم 3423, تاريخ 17/12/1973

وتعديلاته,

بناء على قراره رقم 19/92, تاريخ 24/02/1992,

بناء على طلب مؤسسة قبيطر اخوان الصناعية والتجارية,

وبناء على اقتراح مدير الجمارك العام

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل نص الرقيمن 2 و3 من المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 19/92 تاريخ 24/02/1992, بحيث يصبح كما يلي: 2- حب الزيتون بقصد عصره واستخراج الزيوت وتنقيتها واعادة تصديرها. 3- زيت الزيتون بقصد تنقيته وتوضيبه واعادة تصديره.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
