بناء على المرسوم رقم 10233 تاريخ 10/05/1997

(تعيين المدير العام بالوكالة),

بناء على قانون الجمعيات التعاونية الموضوع

موضع التنفيذ بالمرسوم رقم 17199 تاريخ 18/08/1964

(لا سيما المادة 48 منه),

بناء على اقتراح دائرة التعاون في جبل لبنان,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تحل جمعية تعاونية التلة الخضراء للسكن م.م. المؤسسة بموجب القرار رقم 164/1 ت تاريخ 17/9/1981 والمسجلة لدى المديرية العامة للتعاونيات برقم 219/1 ويعين السيد رستم خوري مصفيا لها ويعطى الصلاحيات اللازمة لاجراء التصفية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
