المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة 140 من نظام موظفي بلدية زحلة - معلقة على الوجه الاتي: "يعطى المتعاقدون مع بلدية زحلة - معلقة تعويض صرف من الخدمة وفقا للاسس المحددة في المادة 110 من نظام موظفي البلدية".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعتبر هذا القرار نافذا اعتبارا من تاريخ تصديقه من السلطات المختصة.
