ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المواد

153 و 155 و 174 منه,

وبناء على قرار مجلس المصرف المركزي المتخذ في

جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 18/03/1998,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: - يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظام التوظيفات والمساهمات العقارية للمصارف المرفق بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: - يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: - ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
