ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات) لا سيما

المادة 24 منه,

بناء على القرار رقم 33/د تاريخ 24/03/2000

القاضي باعلان حل مجلس بلدية حارة صيدا- قضاء

صيدا حكما وتكليف محافظ لبنان الجنوبي باعماله

حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تدعى الهيئة الانتخابية في حارة صيدا-قضاء صيدا- محافظة لبنان الجنوبي, لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس بلديتها المؤلف من اثنتي عشر عضوا وذلك بتاريخ يوم الاحد الواقع فيه 21/05/200

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
