مادة 1: يعفى حرير الفيالج المحلول في سوريا ولبنان الذي يصدر الى البلاد الاجنبية (المادة 42 المكررة من لائحة الاحصاء التجاري للصادارات ) من رسم لاخراج وهو واحد في المئة من قيمة البضاعة. وذلك ابتداء من تاريخ اصدار هذا القرار

مادة 2: على السكرتير العام ومفتش الجمارك العام تنفيذ هذا القرار كل فيما خص به
