مادة 1: يضاف الخزان رقم 11 الى الخزانات الخمسة المعددة ارقامها في المادة الاولى من الامر الاداري رقم 2 تاريخ 22 تموز 1991 والامر الاداري رقم 7 تاريخ 24 ايلول 1991.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام بأي عمل من شأنه تغيير وضع البناء الحالي وطبيعته دون موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار المسبقة على الاعمال المنوي اجراؤها.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار الانف الذكر.
