ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977

(قانون البلديات)

بناء على المادة 41 من القانون رقم 665/97 تاريخ

29/12/1997 (تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب

اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تضم بلدة خلوات فالوغا الى بلدية فالوغا - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان وتشكلا بلدية موحدة تدعى "بلدية فالوغا - خلوات فالوغا".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد النطاق البلدي لبلدية فالوغا - خلوات فالوغا بالنطاق العقاري لهاتين البلدتين.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
