ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

26/10/2000,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)

لا سيما المادتين 23 و24 منه,

بناء على قراري محافظة لبنان الجنوبي رقم

211 تاريخ 17/02/2003 ورقم 212 تاريخ

27/02/2003 القاضيين باستقالة ستة اعضاء

من مجلس بلدية عبرا-قضاء صيدا,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية عبرا ـ قضاء صيدا محافظة لبنان الجنوبي, منحلا حكما, للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
