ان وزير الصناعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القانون رقم 642 تاريخ 02/06/1997 (احداث وزارة الصناعة)

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الصناعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تقدم طلبات الحماية الجمركية والدعم من قبل الصناعيين الى وزارة الصناعة وفقا للاستمارة المرفقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

على الوحدة المخنصة في الوزارة درس الطلبات وتقديم الاقتراحات بشأنها خلال مدة اقصاها 30 يوما من تاريخ استكمال الملف.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
