المادة 260

يكتسب حق تسجيل التصرف في الاراضي الاميرية غير الخاضعة لادارة املاك الدولة بمرور عشر سنوات من تاريخ وضع اليد بسند او بغير سند بشرط ان يكون واضع اليد قائما بحرث الارض .
