ان وزير التربية الوطنية والشباب والرياضة,

بناء على المرسوم 2900 تاريخ 31/10/1992

بناء على القانون رقم 16/72 تاريخ 15/02/1972

وتعديلاته

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5168 تاريخ 21/03/1973

وتعديلاته (لا سيما المادة الرابعة عشرة منه)

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للشباب والرياضة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تدرج لعبة الووشو في التنظيمات الرياضية التي تخضع للتراخيص حسب الانظمة والقوانين المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى هذه اللعبة تحت اشراف الاتحاد اللبناني للكاراتيه مع التأكيد على وجوب فصلها بعد انشاء اتحاد خاص بلعبة الووشو.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يلغى القرار 131 تاريخ 22 اذار 1995 والقرار 292 تاريخ 8 ايار 1995

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
