المادة 1

مادة 1: عدلت المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 148 الصادر بتاريخ 16 نيسان سنة 1953 على الوجه التالي:

المادة 2

مادة 2 جديدة: حددت المدة الواقعة بين الخامس عشر من شهر ايلول والخامس عشر من شهر نيسان من كل عام موعدا لمباشرة اعمال استثمار الاحراج والانتهاء منها باستثناء حرق المشاحر.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
