بناء على المرسوم رقم 10056 تاريخ

17/04/2003 (تسمية رئيس مجلس الوزراء),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ

12/06/1959 ولا سيما المادة 7 منه,

بناء على القانون المنفذ بالمرسوم رقم
