يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة الدرج للصيرفة ـ إلياس بعقليني وشركاه" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 73.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
