ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من بلدية بكيفا- قضاء

راشيا والمتعلق بوضع العقار رقم 611 ملك

الجمهورية اللبنانية تحت الحماية القانونية,

بناء على مطالعة مديرية التنمية الريفية

والثروات الطبيعية رقم 1502/7 تاريخ 10/12/1997,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يمنح دخول الماعز والمواشي الى العقار رقم 611 - ملك الجمهورية اللبنانية من منطقة بكيفا العقارية - قضاء راشيا

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم
