المادة 1

مادة 1: يرخص لمدير عام وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية الادلاء بالانباء والتصريحات والاحاديث المتعلقة بسائر المواضيع الاجتماعية ونشر ما تجيز القوانين نشره من ابحاث ومقالات ومؤلفات في المواضيع ذاتها بالوسائل المناسبة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يفوض الى مدير عام وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية الترخيص عند الحاجة لموظفي المديرية العامة لوزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية الادلاء بما تجيزه القوانين والانظمة من المعلومات الاجتماعية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
