يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسحب العقار رقم /238/ من منطقة حارة صخر العقارية من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية التاريخية والمدخل بموجب القرار رقم 9 تاريخ 27/02/1995

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار المنوه عنه اعلاه.
