المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى احكام القرار رقم 3785 الصادر في 15 اذار سنة 1947 القاضي بمنع استيراد النخل وادخاله الى اراضي الجمهورية اللبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى احكام القرار رقم 6780 الصادر في 24 ايار سنة 1949 القاضية باخضاع استيراد الخل لاجازة مسبقة تصدر عن هذه الوزارة سارية المفعول فيما يختص بهذا الصنف .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ ويعلق على مدخل وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني ويعتبر نافذ المفعول من تاريخ تعليقه وهو لاغ لجميع النصوص السابقة المخالفة- لاحكامه.
