بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني,

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 1875/3 تاريخ 22/06/1999,

بناء على القرار رقم 194/1 تاريخ

11/04/1973, المتعلق بتأسيس "اتحاد نقابات عمال ومستخدمي القطاع الصحي

والتعليمي في لبنان",

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "اتحاد نقابات عمال ومستخدمي القطاع الصحي والتعليمي في لبنان" ليصبح: "اتحاد نقابات عمال ومستخدمي القطاع الصحي في لبنان", والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
