مادة 1: منع منعا باتا ولمدة خمس سنوات استعمال شباك السردين في اعمال صيد الاسماك المعروفة (بصيد اللوكس ) قبل مسافة خمسمئة من الخطوط المحددة كما يلي: 1 - بالنسبة الى الشاطىء المستقيم خط نهاية المد (الشاطىء) 2 - بالنسبة الى الخلجان والثغور الخط الذي يصل بين طرفي رأس الخليج او الثغر.
