مادة 1: تطبق احكام القرار رقم 2037 المؤرخ في 10 آب سنة 1923 على مدينة زحله = المعلقة

المادة 2

مادة 2: انشىء للمدينة المذكورة لجنة للتحكيم في الاجور تجتمع بناء على دعوة من رئيسها

المادة 3

مادة 3: تتألف هذه اللجنة على الوجه الاتي: رئيس : موظف فرنسوى يعينه الحاكم الاعضاء: اكرم العازار القاضي في محكمة زحله او قاض آخر يعينه رئيس هذه المحكمة عند غيابه وخليل هراوي ,خليل حرب قادري - مالكان من غير المستأجرين ونجيب نكد ومحمد خليل الهندي - مستأجران من غير الملاكين
