المادة 1

بموجب القرار عدد 1016 الصادر في 6 أيلول 1921 وابتداء من أول آب 1921 الحق مكتب الجمارك في جزيرة ارواد بدائرة الجمارك لسوريا ولبنان. ويتعلق هذا المكتب بإدارة الجمارك في اللاذقية ويراسل بواسطة هذه الإدارة الإدارة العامة في بيروت. وعلى رئيس هذا المكتب أن يخضع لأحكام القرار عدد 469 الصادر في 6 تشرين الثاني 1921 الذي حدد به قانون دائرة الجمارك في سوريا ولبنان ولأحكام القرار عدد 615 بتاريخ 10 كانون الثاني 1921 الذي نظمت به كيفية دفع الإيرادات الجمركية للمكاتب الخارجية للميزانية العامة في القوميسارية العليا.
