ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القرار رقم 6871 تاريخ 17/01/1998

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسة الصرافة لعام 1998,

وبناء على احكام المادة 14 من القانون رقم

42/87 تاريخ 21/11/1997 معطوفة على الفقرة

(ز) من المادة 140 والفقرة (ه) من المادة

208 من قانون النقد والتسليف,

وبناء على كتاب لجنة الرقابة على المصارف

رقم 575/13 ب تاريخ 10/06/1998,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة عبود اخوان للصيرفة" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 297

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
