مادة 1: إن الموظفين الإداريين في الأقضية الذين لا تسري عليهم أحكام القرار 779 المؤرخ في 31 آب سنة 1921 تمكن إحالتهم إلى الاستيداع بمقتضى قرار من الحاكم.
