المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى احكام القرار رقم 8160 الصادر بتاريخ 29 آب سنة 1951 القاضي بمنع تصدير التوتيا والنيكل والالومنيوم وسائر المعادن الاخرى.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع تصدير هذه المواد الى اجازة مسبقة تعطى من وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.

المادة 3

مادة 3: لا تشمل احكام المادة الاولى الاصناف التالية: الرصاص والقصدير والفونت .

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعلق على مدخل وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني ويعتبر نافذا ابتداء من هذا التاريخ.
