مادة 56: ان القضاة الذين تربطهم بالمحامين وكلاء المتداعين صلة قربى او نسب من الدرجة الثالثة فما دون لا يجوز لهم ان يشتركوا في القرار او الحكم تحت طائلة بطلانهما
