المادة 1

مادة 1: حورت المادة 3 الفقرة 2 (في آخرها) من القرار عدد 338/LR الصادر في 3 كانون الاول 1939 كما يلي: "لا يمكن ملاحقة هذه المخالفات الا بناء على شكوى من امين السر العام وتكون هذه الملاحقة من صلاحية محكمة الجزاء"
