المادة 1

مادة 1 تطلق حرية تصدير الحيوانات الفرسية لجميع البلدان باستثناء: 1- جميع الحيوانات الفرسية الصالحة للشغل او لخدمة الجيش والدرك. ب - جميع الحيوانات الفرسية دون سن العشر سنوات ما لم تكن مصابة بعاهة تمنعها من الخدمة في الاعمال الزراعية ومرفقة بشهادة صحية بيطرية تشير الى نوع العاهة في ارومتها.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 3122 تاريخ 7 آب سنة 1946 كما يلي: تطلق حرية تصدير الحيوانات الفرسية لجميع البلدان شرط الحصول على موافقة مصلحة الطب البيطري في وزارة الزراعة وموافقة لجنة تربية الخيول.
