المادة 1

مادة 1: سحب كل من القرارين الاداريين رقم 2 تاريخ 20 حزيران 1978 ورقم 6 تاريخ 2/12/1978 بتفويض كل من السيدين بولس الزيناتي نائب الرئيس والياس عباس عضو البلدية بعض صلاحيات الرئاسة.

مادة 2: العمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ توقيعه ادناه.
