مادة 1: يمنح السيد جوزيف الياس ضومط المقيم في اليرزة - بعبدا براءة اختراع تتعلق ب"سائل كيميائي مانع للنش " Method of producing a water-repellent product, and product and method for waterproofing a surface of a building material وذلك لمدة خمس عشرة سنة تبتدىء منذ تاريخ ايداع الطلب المقدم في 25/02/1998 والمسجل تحت رقم 5939
