المادة 1

تمدد حتى 15 تشرين الثاني سنة 1941 المهلة المحددة في المادة 4 من القرار عدد 149/LR تاريخ 17 حزيران سنة 1941 المحور بالمادة الاولى من القرار عدد 205/FL تاريخ 12 ايلول سنة 1941 والتي يحق للمتعاقدين في خلالها طلب اعادة النظر.

المادة 2

امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرروة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان 1925 بتعليقه على باب المندوبية العامة.
