ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على القرار رقم 286 تاريخ 15/12/1997 (قرار

الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد عماد عبده موسى

والمسجل تحت رقم 1 تاريخ 08/01/1998 (طلب ابدال

اسم المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «تحت ال 02» الأسبوعية غير السياسية باسم «21-12 مجلة الشباب والشابات».
