بناء على القرار رقم 35/1 تاريخ 17/12/1976

(تأليف هيئة عليا للاغاثة),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 22 تاريخ

18/03/1977 (تصديق القرار رقم 35/1 تاريخ

17/12/1976),

بناء على القرار رقم 30/93 تاريخ 02/08/1993

(تعديل تأليف الهيئة العليا للاغاثة),

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 11/12/1996,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثالثة من القرار رقم 35/1 تاريخ 17/12/1976 المتعلق بتأليف هيئة عليا للاغاثة المعدل بموجب القرار رقم 30/93 تاريخ 02/07/1993 بحيث تصبح كما يلي:

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
