المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد المهلة المحددة في المادة الثانية من القرار 302/1 تاريخ 3/2/1968 لتقديم طلبات استيراد المواد الخاضعة لنظام التقنين حتى 16 نيسان 1968 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يضاف الى الفقرة الاولى من المادة السادسة النص الاتي: "ويعتبر متوسط الحصة في سنة 1966 مماثلا لمتوسط الحصة الفردية المستخرجة في سنة 1965"

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.
